My initial experience with the clinic was horrible. Went in for some tests and just got bloods done, then asked if that was all, and I had to wait 20 mins for the nurse to find out what else was needed. Total lack of communication between staff. Then I received a call a few weeks later to say my tests had been performed incorrectly and were therefore unviable to be tested, so I had to come in and have them done again. I had to go through the discomfort again due to their incompetence.

To top it off, today I rang to see if I could have my blood results faxed to my new GP, because I am never going back to that clinic. I spoke with the rudest woman, who told me that she was "very busy" and even cursed upon hearing the spelling of my new doctor. She then ended the phone call saying "I have to go now", as if my query wasn't important enough for her. I am a patient like everyone else and I've never felt so unwelcome and such distrust in medical staff before. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Fantastic walk-in service. Came in at half 8 and was seen by 9. Dr Flynn was friendly and very helpful. Was very impressed and will definitely be back.

Excellent service, and am very pleased with my visit. All of the staff were very helpful, friendly, and had a great manner about them.

Friendly and helpful staff and the doctor was very thorough, nothing was overlooked. Very happy with my visit and will definitely be making this my regular GP.
