BE CAREFUL! Cancelled my policy (Paid in full) and wouldn't amend details because I didn't have a valid policy on a car within the last 4 weeks.
Charged 50 Euro told me I would get letter giving me 10 days cover which arrived 5 days latter. (only once I received the letter would I have insurance) Didn't send on NCB proof. I needed to get one from previous insurance company.

6 years of custom and I'd never deal with FBD again after the way I was treated. I was lied to regarding policy changes and then threatened that my policy would be cancelled, yet they didn't. I was even offered a renewal after being told they couldn't insure me. Very unprofessional. Yet another company streamlining and cutting corners that doesn't see that they need paying customers to survive.

Find it impossible to telephone and pay bill from England. With or without 00353 ,couldn't get through at all
