I have a mobile insurance and my phone was broken and i had to send it to be fixed and i received a call from them after i sent the claim form and explained that i have no wifi and i need a loan phone where i can usr internet, so the lady said no problem, the next day i gave the delivery guy my phone and i took the replacement one which was an Alcatel,( the very ones) , however i didn't receive my phone back after that and when i call they say we will send it tomorrow and of course i receive nothing each time . Really it is not worth to spend a penny on that company.

Following an accident in which my car was struck by a car insured by Zurich and a letter of claim sent to them on the 04/07/17 to which i have never even received an acknowledgement i am now being forced to go to the Insurance Ombudsman or else to take legal action against them for the damage plus the legal costs.Is it any wonder insurance premiums are rising?

To be honest, I have had a great experience dealing with the Home Insurance department. Very helpful and negotiable.
