It 'does duh do'...!?! Weight's, machines, 2 industrial (!) sized jacuzzis, 2 saunas - all round mirrors ~ for duh 'posers 💪. .. - loads of parkin'... wot kin yeh say... its a gym!

Spin Classes during peak hours in the main part the gym are so annoying. Free dumbbells need to go up to 100kg. They need a Nautilus pull over machine big time. They need different interchangeable handles on seated weighted pulley. The need a protein fast deli not vendor machines with fake food. Get rid of the art gallery outside and build a Greens and Protein restaurant they'd make a killing.

The gym it's self is nice and big,
Lots of machines to use,
Decent pool, just don't use the shower rooms haha

The good first. Very good range of cardio, weights & machines make this place really quite outstanding for the price. It is also very spacious has good staff support & pool + sauna/hot tub presence makes it really quite unique. Unfortunately however, this latter facility makes the place VERY hot on a warm day. My personal gripe - as I have visual disability - is the general dim lighting throughout the gym - except for the changing rooms. Additionally, some small simple changes would make the gym safer & relieve the quite significant stresses people like me feel in navigation. I have requested some considerations of our needs to staff but no response has been forthcoming.

Great value, no-frills gym. Good 25m swimming pool. Decent steam rooms and jacuzzis. Gym well-equipped. Free classes also available. Good mid-week opening hours. Weak points: Limited weekend opening hours (closes at 5:30pm Saturdays and Sundays), little or no individual attention in classes (they tend to be big and busy)
