Great location, quite well equipped. Would be better if all benches were adjustable, more pull up bars dip stations, I can see other ben dunnes have newer power racks. Leg press upstairs probably wasn't oiled at least for months. Classes used to be in seperate room, since there are on the main floor there are way too loud for my liking. Changin rooms and showers perfect.

I like this gym. Lots of machines to use; very well equipped, situated in city centre, the staff and people are lovely(you can share the equipment).The only thing that could be better is the (too) hot water in the showers and air conditioning in ladies room( it's quite chilly there). Otherwise - perfect for working out.

Good equipment just missing swimming pool and in the busy hours hard to get to machine i went in the morning or lunch time.

I've been a member here since 2012. It's extremely convenient in terms of location for me, there is a good selection of weights and cardio equipment and plenty of floor space for stretching and ab work. I'm in here at least 3 to 4 times a week and can't really fault it. Sometimes it can be overcrowded (especially earlier in the week) but by Thursday evening this seems to ease off.
