Excellent gym with very affordable prices. Good clean equipment with classes for everyone. Gets a bit packed around peak times but generally enough equipment to go around

Great value gym. Weekend opening hours only issue. Classes are handy

The most remarkable element of the Ben Dunne gyms is their value & the fact that - unlike other gyms of similar price range - a swimming pool, sauna + steam room are included. Of course quite a reasonable selection of classes are also offered, and, responsive staff members are close at hand. Equipment is somewhat variable as regards being new or complex: some pieces & sections show wear but I can report that their maintenance is a regular feature that the staff - certainly in Carlisle take seriously.
