i started with pilates only a few months ago but now i can't do without!
Arianna is a great teacher, patient, energetic and really really competent. The studio carries a warm and welcoming environment, where small classes and attention to details make you enjoy even if you're sweating yourself off :D
I highly recommend it.

I had not done any Pilates before I started the classes with Arianna, but that was no problem at all: she is a wonderful teacher, who takes her time to show each movement precisely and keeps an eye on all of us. The atmosphere is super-friendly and relaxed and I feel much better each time I leave a class. I have no hesitation whatsoever in highly recommending Focus Pilates to anyone who wants to do themselves and their body some good.

I did the class for 6 weeks and I have really enjoyed it. Classes are fun, engaging and Pilates is far harder then what I expected. I am far more aware about my posture and this has helped to aleviate my back problems.
