Beto is absolutely phenomenal! He is the best Teacher that you can find in Dublin. Really focused in the yoga philosophy and tradition, in the meditation, body and mental-awareness. The yoga class with Beto is not just exercise, is a training for peace, for sharing and for the respect of the life.
