A simple, straightforward but effective gym. Plenty of cardio and weights equipment, good classes, adequate changing facilities.

Large gym with range of equipment. 22 classes a week with spin, circuits and Pilates. Open Monday to Friday. Sauna and steam room too

Good gym, friendly staff. Could do with some air con, especially in the cardio area
