The Shelbourne Dublin, A Renaissance Hotel

If you plan on visiting Dublin you have to stay at the Shelbourne. The staff are extremely attentive and bend over backwards to make sure that you are happy. While staying here our car had a flat tire and the staff changed the tire for us, without hesitation. The rooms are beautiful, the shower feels wonderful with the rain shower, shower head, and the beds are very comfortable. The restaurants are wonderful, so even if you make the mistake and don't stay here, make a visit to the Saddle Room restaurant or the 27 bar.

It was very good but the food was revolting #not good I don’t recommend this place to a family because it was boooooorrrrrriiiiiiinnnngggggggg!!!!!! Staff were rude and It is over priced my kids hated it it was so much a waste of time and money 😡😡😡😡😡👎🏼👎🏼

A real treat. Excellent service, everything works like it is supposed to. The most comfortable bed I have slept in. A new bottle of still and sparkling water on a daily basis. Most luxurious bathrobes. Great breakfast. If you like old establishment classy hotels with great service, the place to be. The one thing I was not taken aback by was the bar. But that provides always a good reason to explore the city further!

Always a great place to stay in Dublin, the welcome from the front door to check in is spot on. The room a little on the minimal side for the fee, but with all amenities available is always a great hotel to stay for a leisure getaway. The sliding door from the shower room to the bedroom was very stiff and the Mrs had difficulty closing then opening again, mentioned it to the front desk but nothing was done about it. The complimentary shoe shining service appreciated and a nice touch.

Amazing hotel. Great welcome and were upgraded to a suite for a special occasion. Spa and salon are superb! The relaxation room overlooking St. Stephen's Green is a haven for anyone trying to get away from stresses of life! Afternoon tea felt rushed and slightly overpriced compared to other afternoon teas available in the area but overall experience deserves 5 stars. I'd recommend the breakfast here even if you weren't staying at the hotel!
