We ordered a taxi on Monday evening for 8.40 on Thursday morning to bring us to the Blackrock Clinic - my husband is very ill. We waited in the rain for 20 min. - then decided to ring surgery to cancel appointment . Luckily we got a later appointment (a cancellation) but needless to say we were very upset and annoyed at the failure of your service and will think twice about using it again.
