Ordered a taxi from Terenure Taxis (prebooked). After 10 minutes waiting no sign. Told it was 'around the corner'. Waited another 10 minutes. Then told that taxi was 'on the way'. After another 10 minutes I was told it was around the corner. I asked for the truth that time, and told it was nowhere near me. Late for a wedding as a result.

Have used this company for 2 decades because their drivers are not only prompt - they are EARLY - in addition to being consistently friendly.

Booked a cab for my 81 year old mother to get to St.James hospital from kimmage...driver told her they weren't allowed to drive in the Rialto gate...and took via Thomas Street..longer journey basically...to extort max money. Disgusting.
