Great atmosphere, lovely staff, great food and they will help you find a Vegan option unlike many restaurants that state their food is 'pre-packed' will definitely be back again

Fantastic place brilliant food and good value stayed there for a week and was very comfortable staff fantastic well done.

The room is very small, there is only place for the beds and a TV, no other furniture. Since there is a bar underneath you can hear the music in your room late in the evening. The bar is great though, in the morning you can get porridge or very tasty full Irish breakfast. It is not the most comfortable or quiet place but it is close to the Galway city and university and offers a great atmosphere.

Had lunch there with our 2 very young kids, waitress was lovely and brought colours pencils to occupy the kids, took our order very quickly, our drink came very shortly after and our food in no time at all, and they were busy! Food is tasty and the bar is comfortable.

The waitress was so rude!! First of taking our plates before we were finished.
Dropped the fork on the floor on my mother and never replaced it, she had to finish her meal with a knife.....
Then we were over charged for 1 extra meal, went to sort it out and she was having none of it, so rude!! Eventually another girl came from out the back and told her to go away.
Really need to train up your staff in how to give a good service!!
Maybe offer them a catering and customer services.
Food was lovely, but the way the female waitress was will never set foot in there again...
