Staff at pick-up and drop-off were friendly, knowledgeable and quick. Daily rate was competitive, and extras such as insurance more reasonably priced than I have experienced with their competitors. Car was clean and mechanically fine. Only issue is a several-block walk between the office and the physical pick-up of the vehicle in a car park. At best, and with heavy luggage, it's inconvenient; on a wet or cold day (we were lucky with the weather), it would be a bigger inconvenience. Still, I would use them again.

Wish to express my sincere appreciation to the honesty and integrity of the staff at this location. But especially to Tom Hester who found cash that was left in our rental car. The amount was transferred to the office and with a brief phone call to the head office in Roscommon the amount was returned to us in cheque form with in days. Thank you for a great experience.

I was here this morning as a solo young woman traveller. I have never been treated so poorly in all of my life. Something went wrong with my booking (my fault) but instead of offering some helpful information, or even a kind word, The man was insulting, almost to the point of enjoying seeing me in tears in his office. The most unhelpful and awful customer service experience I've ever had to endure.

called on short notice, let them know i was walking in from salt hill, be there in thirty minutes, they said they had a car and it was good. Arrived and they didn't have a car. disappointing.
