Don is by far one of the best personal trainers in the country. Dons is always pushing you to reach your personal goals. Once ya train with him ya will never want to go to any one else. His classes are for everyone. If ya want the best results he is da man.

Within the first month my fitness levels greatly improved and have improved month on month, thanks to Don's training techniques and motivational skills. Would highly recomend to anyone to try out Don' s classes, you will never look back!
