Fitness 35 is probably the most innovative and beneficial gym solution I have seen in a long time. All you spend is 35 minutes working out 2 to 3 times a week on the Milon Circle and you'll burn more fat than 1 hour in another gym. They also run extra fitness classes all free to members for all those looking to work a little harder. I lost 8 pounds in two week with this programme, so well worth the limited time and minimal money spent.
