It is in a beautiful location, convenient for town and Salthill
The hotel has a Leisure Club with gym, swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi and steamroom. Classes include Aquacise, low impact aerobics, spinning as well as yoga and pilayes

My review is based on my personal use which is weightlifting and some cardio.
Some of the machines and weights are not in good condition. 80% of the security locks for barbells are bent and not fit for use.
Little variety of machines (one of each and lacking many types), prepare to wait if you during busy hours. This would be fine for a low cost gym but I am actually paying over 60 euro a month (paid a few months upfront).
You can get way better value and quality in any other gym in Galway unless you don't have a choice due to distance, like me.
The positives are that it is not busy in the mornings and they have punching bag. The experience may improve if you are attending classes, swimming pool, etc.
