Worst service i have ever recieved i Rang a taxi at 8.00 am and booked it for 8.45am for work the woman on the phone said that was perfect , 8.50 am came and still no taxi so I called back and a man answered who didn't seem to know any customer service skills said they got 'super busy' and my taxi would be another 25 minutes at least. Will never be using this company again they are useless giving them one star was way to generous

Absolutely a disgrace. Booked a taxi and then called 5-6 minutes later to see where it was. They didn't book it in the first place and told me they will send someone shortly. After another 6 minutes I gave up the idea. Absolutely useless

Horrible, taxi driver was more interested in football in the radio than driving. Driving 40km/h all the way 3 mile trip 40 minutes. Don't use it.

Excellent service from the base and the driver today. I'm a wheelchair user and booked a journey from Galway train station to Tuam. Everyone was really helpful and all went smoothly
