I was visiting County Kerry and found Physique Fitness. VERY nice! The owner and manager are very helpful people. I stopped in for a day and paid the day rate. GOOD gym!

I was vacationing for a week in Killarney, and was staying at a place without workout machines. I like a daily treadmill, and found Physique Fitness Studio in the center of town. Their equipment was great quality, the changing room and shower was spotless, and best of all, the proprietor was super friendly. Highly recommended.

The gym is great for vacationers, squat rack, bar and dumbells. The staff is very friendly, great attitude. The gym is small but it has everything you need to get a really good workout. Bathroom is clean and they sell protein shakes if you want for 3 euro. The owner and his wife are great people. You must visit, current owners will be retiring in 7 years. We will be back if we travel here in Killarney. Thanks for a great workout!
