UPDATE (DOWN TO 2 STARS):
highly unprofessional weekend staff, the front desk guys on saturday were standing around chatting for over an hour and kicking plastic bottles against the office wall. and whats with the music? every other word was an f-bomb. they still havent taken care of the mold in the mens locker room. and the automated entry system is just an excuse to have fewer staff actually paying attention to whats going on. nice to see our membership dues being put to good use.
its a shame that a gym with so much potential is so utterly mismanaged.
PREVIOUS REVIEW (4 STARS):
decent gym overall, has everything you need in varying quantities. i love the fact that they have an arm bike, and a sled on the turfed area. having managed gyms, im going to make some observations:
staff are friendly but NO ONE ever inquired about goals when we joined. it might behoove you to encourage staff to consider member goals, actually learn member names, and not just focus on getting the sale;
the turf downstairs is falling apart, and space should definitely be used more effectively. if one person decides to use the sled or battle ropes and park themselves in that area, for example, game over;
it would be nice to invest in another step machine. they tend to be busy all of the time, and a 3rd would alleviate a bit of traffic, especially at busier times of day;
there is definitely something growing on the ceiling tiles above the hand dryers in the mens locker room. ventilation is nonexistent in there;
finally, the wipe situation is ridiculous. i have found machines dripping with sweat, grime from foreheads, etc. pretty gross. a big part of the problem is the fact that there arent more wipe stations (despite the proliferation of 'wipe equipment' signs). and the 'wipes' that are there require being sprayed before use. so if one member decides to take the single spray bottle, all you have is dry paper that falls apart like a toilet roll. why not just get real disinfectant wipes?
once again, pretty good gym. but fix the little things and it will become great!

My home away from home! I'm a member & love to train here. I like to explore gyms around the country & this one is definitely up there as one of the best! has everything you could need - new machines & equipment including 2 new Stairmasters, plenty of free weights, squat racks, prowler run, battle ropes, kettlebells... the list is endless. And there's something for every fitness enthusiast's needs. 10 out of 10!

Perfect fitness gym for everyone. Cardio, lifting area, cycling room, plenty treadmills - everything for everyone. Very cheap membership, good equipment and a lot of space for training even in busy hours. No swimming pool, but sauna included. Like it...

I love this gym. It's really big, has a big variety of equipment and machines. Even though it can be really busy during working days 5-7 pm. No swimming pool, but they can offer a sauna, good showers and a big selection of different classes free of charge if you are a member. People say that there is a hassle while registering, but it just seems so. As you have to register online on their web site before you come to the gym many questions can arise. But, I would offer to come to the gym, if you are not sure how to do registration. Downstairs, ate the entrance there are 2 registration machines. Don't forget to bring your phone, debit/credit card detail as you will need them to make a registration. Usually, staff members can see people through the cameras and if they notice you can't do it yourself, they will help you. If not, ask somebody to call staff member and they will definitely give you a hand. Staff are really helpful there and eager to go extra mile.
