I brought my 84 year old mother in at 10am. Everyone who worked at Terem, including the receptionist Noa, the nurse Mussa, the Canadian nurse who did the ECG and took blood, the X ray technician and Dr. Yinon who was in charge of the overall care were warm, pleasant, polite, efficient and compassionate. We were out by 11:30, no wait. This is a jewel of a clinic.

Usually good treatment. Sometimes it can be crowded. Specially Saturday night's.

Very bad staff, long waiting hours because of the bad receptionists. Horrible attitude, not acknowledging the queue and helping friends over people who came earlier.

Very considerate staff. There is definitely a wait, but once you're admitted you know you're in good hands

Very caring and knowledgable staff. Long wait but still managed to get home in time for Shabbat. Highly recommended
