Booked a room on their website. Got mail back from them. Turned up and "Sorry, we don't have your booking. And we have no room tonight. Awfully sorry..." Had to find somewhere else. Be very careful!

As a brief summary - a fantastic find to break a long journey from Toulouse to lake Garda up. Huge clean modern family room. Would definitely stay again. Detailed review here: We stopped off here to break up a trip from Toulouse to lake garda. The room rate we got force a family room of 82 euros through accor was impressive. This included breakfast. The hotel itself is a little out of the way of local amenities but has a cinema and a restaurant as a result next to it. It has underground parking which is secure enough. It is a 4 star hotel and they reception foyer is big and fairly grand. We were positively shocked when we saw the size of the family room which had two double possibly king size beds.... a table and chairs and then loads of room for a for. ( The for provided was an Ikea cot which was also perfect given we had the same at home). The bathroom also had bath and shower and was very spacious. The only criticism of the bathroom was that the A.C. did not seem to serve this room but was not a big deal. Service here was fantastic and very professional and the breakfast buffet was of a high quality and a waiter even asked what hot drinks we wanted even though there were self serve machines available. I would recommend this hotel and understand why accor would partner with it.
