Totally rip-off . Stay away. Spent almost 2 hours to get the car after arriving with plane.

Renting a car with firefly was one of the worst experiences we have had in a long while. We had reserved two cars ahead of time but because one of the main drivers had a debit card instead of a credit card we could not rent it. To make everything even worse we ended up receiving only a part of the money we had paid for the car originally in reimbursement. The staff was also very unpolite. In conslusion, never rent a car here ever!

Be carefull with this company. Rented a car in january, after 3 months got charged my cc by 30 euro from Rome bacause of what? The employees speaks realy bad english almost non. Good luck if you have any problem!!
