Good experience, great staff. Although I had to take a ticket for the queue, the waiting time has been better than indicated at a rush hour (aprox 20 min vs 1 hr as indicated on the ticket).

Great car hire,friendly staff ,walking distance from the aerport kiosk to get your car.Less than 5 minutes .

booked a fiat 500, but wasn't available, so they gave us a better car. Just a small queue at the desk, nothing that bothered.
People only post when they are unhappy. When all is fine, they dont say a thing.

AVOID. HAD TO DRIVE 2 HRS JUST TO EXTEND MY RENTAL BECAUSE THEY DON'T BOTHER ANSWERING THE PHONE ON A SATURDAY MORNING. TOTAL WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. NON EXISTING CUSTOMER SERVICE & RUDE STAFF.
