Very dissapointed with this hotel. A family group stayed for the weekend due to a wedding and the client service was bad. Double room much more smaller than single, bed very unconfotable, breakfast normal. They charged 20 euros for 1 hour late check out (almost 30% of the cost for a night). Good location

Good location close to the rail and easy to get to Citta Alta. Room is a little dark. But good size and price. Helped me get a wall converter which I was glad they had for sale and at a decent price.

Conveniently located downtown. Clean. Decent breakfast. Competent reception desk personnel, speaking several foreign languages. Rooms on the top floor, being right under the roof, tend to get too warm, AC cannot really cope. The hot water flow fluctuating at rush hours.
