Avis Bari Airport. Quick collection, no heavy pressure to buy excess insurance, car clean and almost new. Return also quick and efficient, thank you Davide for your help there. Recommended

Slow service, disinterested staff, upsold on vehicle and waivers despite my requests not to, and as a cherry on top of this already awful sundae - the provided car was scratched and dented. The Bari airport Avis is the worst car rental agency I have ever experienced. Use Europcar at the same airport.

Reiterate comments by previous poster. "Avoid this agency at all costs. Worst car rental experience ever."
1. Excruciatingly slow collection (felt like they are doing you a massive favour by serving you)
2. Try to sell you everything under the sun (from more expensive car to insurance to insure your insurance)
3. Little or no explanation of potential additional charges that may apply and how these work (fuel policy - charge for full tank irrespective of level returned)
4. Return desk had 1 staff member and took 30min to return vehicle (factor in if need to make a flight)
5. Avis brand fail (no customer service or care applied)
