DO NOT USE THIS RENTAL CONPANY. Worst experience we've had in Europe. They refused us the car we booked and we lost our money. So unhelpful. Horrible company. Will never use again.

The lady behind the desk initially tried to combine the fuel deposit and the extra insurance without telling me. Then when I realised she tried to scare me into purchasing insurance by lying that I needed to put 3500 euros as a deposit rather than the 1200 I initially saw on website when I booked. 3500 actually should just refer to the card limit. She wouldn't budge because I couldn't prove without Internet that it was 1200. So I said fine bill me 3500 to double bluff her and then she suddenly magically entered 1200 into the keypad instead. All a dishonest ploy to bully people into purchasing insurance. Disgusting deceitful behaviour

Excellent service, and with a brand new car during our tuscan holiday. When a rental company gives you a 1 week old car, this means that they care about the safety and enjoyment of the renter. The staff very polite and willing to help you with your holiday questions despite the long line behind you waiting to be served.
Will definitely use Goldcar again during our next holiday in the magnificent Italy.
