Avoid at all costs. Not worth the slightly cheaper price. Appalling service.
When I picked up the car it was absolutely filthy inside and out. It has not been cleaned. I got my hands dirty to wipe al the dirt away to show all the scratches and dents and there were many. Both mirror housings were broken and a back stop light was also broken. I literally could not see out the windshield since it was so dirty. The windshield fluid was also empty so I had to wait even more for one of the assistants to finish his cigarette and top up the fluid so I can actually see when I drive away. I was in a hurry to get to a wedding and didn't have time to make a fuss considering there was a long line of people waiting to be served.
When returning the car I waited almost one hour in line. The office is understaffed. There is only one person on reception answering calls, issuing cars and dealing with returns. It is unacceptable to have to wait so long just to be seen when most people have a flight to catch after returning the car. Especially when two male staff members were just sitting outside the door talking and smoking. Surely they can be trained to inspect a car after it was returned. Comments about the waiting time were brushed off and turned into a joke by the person on reception.
Both the service and state of the car were appalling.

Without a shadow of a doubt the worst car rental company I have ever dealt with.
Total failure in communication from the moment we arrived and shuttle bus is not a bus but someone in a 5 seat car who goes back and forth between rental hub and airport terminal. Then you have to fight your place after waiting up to 1 hour.
When you arrive and want to get your car it is like watching that scene in Zootropolis with the Sloths.
Such unhappy staff and so few of them.

+ shuttle from the airport picked us up 5 minutes after phone call
+ reasonable price
- long time of waiting - more than 1,5 hour!!! we recommend to change Your name for SLOW MOTION
- very poor service
- location - it's NOT on the airport
- only one person to serve more than 15 people!
