VERY BAD - DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - I have now to contact customer service for an overcharge they did on my card - please do not use it was my first and last time! extremely bad!

HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE - WE STILL HAVEN'T RECEIVED OUR DEPOSIT DESPITE CHASING EVERYDAY. Unhelpful and rude staff. Hidden costs. Office 15minutes from the airport. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

The worts rental car experience ever. You have to wait for a shuttle in some where in the middle of the airport parking exit that take you to the rental office which is out of the airport. if you have to wait under sun for 46 minutes and 45 ^c you have to think twice before rent a car there.

Car pick up location is in a inconvenient location. The staff were helpful. The car they gave us was supposed to be an upgrade cause it was bigger than the one we requested. But it was dirty and slow and a van. The cigarette lighter was broken so we couldn't plug in our gps. We were very disappointed. I would not recommend this company.

Terms and condition NEVER clear. I had to pay three times as much for the car. Read VERY CAREFULLY the 5 pages contract when you book the car on internet. Very negative experience.
