It was a great stay, but the air in the rooms didn't seem to work so we resorted to opening windows - which let in sound and smoke from City street below. In addition there was a small amount of mold growing in the shower.
However this hotel was extremely convenient to the city center, the staff were very quick to help with things. We were able to store our luggage on our last day in Bologna and the breakfast spread each morning was fantastic.

Superb boutique style hotel. Right next to the basilica. Lovely rooms and great value.

We stay for 2 night in Junior Suite Room. the was nice, little bit small for 3 of us. but clean, the breakfast was great. is easy go everywhere by walk, easy to find. many good restaurant nearby. the staff very helpful

Five star rating for service and location. Manuel at the front desk was tremendously helpful in providing an overview of the city and giving us directions to places to visit in the time we had. We had an early flight in the morning and would miss the breakfast buffet, so Manuel arranged "to go" bags for us with refreshments. The hotel is in a great location in the heart of the city center and steps away from the Piazza Maggiore. From here you can branch outward to many parts of the city. We stayed in a junior suite which had ample space with a sitting area and a view of the church.
