I just gone to meet a friend that was hosted there I am unable to give an accurate review because I havent tried myself the services, the entrance however was very beautiful and my friend was quite happy of being lodged there he said the beds was very comfy.

I am being somewhat generous. The hotel is nice yet very simple. Fist night was very noisy up until 3 am (location right above university students' best pizza place!). At the desk they said they that they know the noise issue, and for 15 more Euro I can upgrade to room facing the inner court. I didn't like that: they know of the problem but nonetheless put me in that room. So eventually they moved me to a room with triple, and not double, sealed glasses (that's what the told me).

The location of the hotel is very good, right in the old town, near the University area. Very friendly staff, so helpful and always smiling, they made the place more special. Room are okay, nothing too fancy but all you need for a nice stay.

Nice hotel - parking (or even getting near there by car) is tricky though.
