This is an OK hotel - it is kind of an resort on the outskirts of Bologna. But the service is soso and too many things did not work as aspected. They should tell the staff two things if things do not work:
1. Communicate - and preferably in a friendly manner.
2. Compensate - if you cannot live up to tve deal, compensate the guests.
