Very nice selection of pizza and pasta. Dishes are decent size and price is very reasonable.

Absolutely authentic little restaurant. Calls itself a pizzeria but I can honestly say it is so much more. Fantastic pasta fish and meat dishes all beautifully presented in addition to some of the best pizza I have had in Italy - or anywhere else for that matter.
Great staff all friendly and able to accommodate walk-up 'per una' even when restaurant very busy.
So good I went back 3 times on a 5 day trip.

Nice place in an otherwise uninteresting neighbourhood. Familial atmosphere. Classic Italian grub of good quality. Been there twice at 7 years interval and the quality of welcome and cooking has remained the same. A good spot out of crowded citycenter.

We stayed four nights in Bologna and ate here three of these. The food is fantastic, the clientele mostly Italian which is a good sign and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It's also very good value and a lovely lively atmosphere, we will definitely be back, Thanks to all at Pizzeria Jari!

Food was good - ate here on 2 nights, both times "errors" were made on the bills (not in my favour!!) Unfortunately, overcharging and under-changing tourists seem to be the norm in Bologna (at least this was very much my experience)
