Even though the price range is proper, there's no vegan options and personnel is struggling with english.

Absolutely brilliant. Lovely food, friendly staff. Waiter (Giovanni) obviously wants you to have a delicious meal. Really good choice.

Awful. We arrived for lunch. Restaurant was 30% full. Took a long time to be served. When drinks came the waiter spilled a whole 500ml glass of wheat bear all over my mother in laws head and my sons trousers.
The only thing they did was bring a table cloth for my mother in law to use as a towel and then tell us to stand up whilst they mopped the floor. I had to ask that we be resitted at another table that wasn't swimming in half a litre of beer. When we were moving tables i asked for assistance moving our drinks, condiments etc. none was given.
Food was below average for Bologna standards and interior had the feel of a cafeteria rather than a restaurant.
When we asked for the bill, imagine my surprise when not only did they not give us any discount for drenching my mother in law and son in a pint of beer but that also tried to charge us for the drink they spilt. The waiter who spilt the drink was weak and unapologetic. His manager was no better. In the end they offered a 10 euro discount on a meal for 6 people, two of which ended up wearing a pint of beer. They lacked the courage and conviction to do the correct thing so, with so many other restaurants to choose from I would not recommend this.

We had some pizza and it was the worst we had for a long time. Both were watery, the dough therefore soggy and the diavolo pizza had way too much grease drops swimming on top.
The buffalo mozzarella we had as a starter was okay by itself, but the dried herbs they put on top were some cheap shelf products.
I was really disappointed and can't recommend this place at all. We love good and simple Italian cuisine and in our opinion this was a waste both of our time and our money.
