Premetto che è stata la prima volta che ho soggiornato in un hotel a 4 stelle. Detto questo ho trovato che il servizio è stato impeccabile, il personale è sempre stato gentile e disponibile ad aiutarci. La camera era ampia e ben arredata. L unica pecca è che c erano delle parti del bagno che erano rotte ed erano state rattoppate alla bene e meglio. La cosa non mi ha creato nessun problema, ma non so se per un hotel a 4 stelle è accettabile. La colazione a buffet è stata a mio parere molto ricca con la possibilità di scegliere tra una vasta gamma di prodotti diversi. Ci tornerò molto volentieri perché ha anche una posizione abbastanza centrale, a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro

Perhaps I had unrealistic expectations, but given the amount of money (paid upfront) I felt very let down. This is a VERY overpriced bed and breakfast. Of the three staff, two spoke English and were pleasant and helpful.
Unfortunately, there were building-wide power cuts roughly every two hours and the air conditioning did not work. I was told that an electrician would be coming by soon, but looking through reviews of the past year I realise this is a longstanding claim.
Sad to say that I cut my week in Bologna short by two days because of this hotel.

Hotel boutique que evidentemente fue en su día monasterio, con habitaciones minimalista. Su sala de desayuno es la antigua capilla.

Çok sempatik bir otel, dost canlısı, sıcak, yardımsever ve güleryüzlü insanlar çalışıyor. Son derece estetik, ince ayrıntılara dikkat edilmiş, hoş bir mekanda kendinizi evinizde hissedip, üstüne üstelik son derece ekonoımik bir fiyat ödüyorsunuz.
