Worst customer service. The operator barely speaks English and when I tried to give the details (pick up and drop off Street), the person hanged up on me just saying: "ok bye"

Surprisingly RUDE call center lady. First driver didn't show up, once called back they asked if I was in Bologna. Highly recommend to work on your communicational skills.
The driver, instead, was polite.

Call Center never works, and when it works it takes average 20 minutes waiting. The App does not work and server is always down. Taxi drivers in average are unpolite and really ineducated. One of the worst taci services ever tried.
