absolutely disgraceful and disgusting service from the team in Pisa. The car looked as though it had been in a car crash, and they forced us to take their CDW saying that they do not allow people to use their own. Their complaints team were disinterested and refused to refund the additional charges...and when I asked to speak to a manager she said no and put the phone down!!!! .DONT EVER USE THIS COMPANY! They are a totally awful!

Disgusting deceitful behaviour from maggiore (avis subsiduary) - applying charges without making me aware. They asked for a credit card just to hold an amount for the damage waiver, but then apply 200 euros of charges for services that I didn't need or want and they never mentioned. Have taken legal action as they won't reply to emails.

How can they justify EUR 42.70 charge for admin fee twice, passing on information to 'issuing organisation' for notified fine/charge This is my second notice and money withdrawn from card on two separate occasions after 6 months of returning home yet no fine appeared. Have contacted the credit card company to investigate. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY I'VE NOTICED ON THE REVIEWS THEY HAVE DONE THIS TO MANY PEOPLE
