In general it was good. My friend and I misunderstood a Win Rent online advertisement and rented an automatic which was too pricey. I was accommodated being given a vehicle that had not been inspected. Turned out this car has a chunk out of a sidewall and a slow leak. I did not notice this until the day we returned the car. The real bummer, and not necessarily Wins fault, immediately from where we left there is a ZTL zone that I was not warned about. I was unknowingly nabbed and notified by police 9 months later. It was 30 days for this notice to arrive via mail. Anyhow, I ended up with a 40 Euro fee from from Win Rent, for relaying my information to the police and a 105 Euro fine, instead of 60, from the police as it was impossible to pay the fine within the time specified. Not a great experience.
