Way below the business hotel quality I would expect from a Novotel branded hotel.
Water wasn't working well. We had to wait for more than 30 mins for the hot water to trickle, and had to ring the reception.
Wifi was weak. Air conditioning too loud and couldn't be adjusted easily. TV connection was often lost.
Breakfast: buffet choice too limited. The food wasn't replenished quickly enough. We stayed for four nights and each morning the same chaos repeated itself.
Good side: have indoor and outdoor entertainment for kids. Spacious parking. Sufficient dining and shopping option nearby.

We stayed at this hotel with family members for five day taking up about six rooms. The staff is not very helpful and pulled faces and grunted. We asked for extra tea and sugar for our rooms and staff only gave us one for each person. at one point I asked a staff member if I could put an item in another room for my brother, I got the number wrong, but the staff was happy to open the door to go into a room not known. The staffs needs to learn to communicate with a smile. Difficult to go out to the laundry room to iron especially when there is a que to use one iron. The rooms should be provide with this
