Incredibly slow and incompetent and deliberately so.
It took 1.5 hours to get through the car pick up experience. After a delayed flight and delayed luggage, we were terribly inconvenienced. One of the staff took an e-cigarette break while 15+ Groups stayed waiting (who had already been waiting way too long). We had to go find our car in the dark car park (no marked bays, rain) and it was impossible to properly do the car body damage check because the lighting was so poor and the car was wet.
They charge €10 extra per day for additional drivers saying it can't be waived because of insurance which sounds to me like a scam. Apparently it is "impossible" to change the name on the booking meaning another €60 on top of our booking fee.
Worst I've ever used, including renting from country towns in Australia and from Mexico (which is quite the car rental experience too).
Unfortunately I suspect the other companies in brindisi operate to a similar standard (the car rental office was full of queues and angry customers).

Waited 90 minutes in line to pick up car in Thrifty / Hertz / Dollar line. All other rental companies meanwhile had no line. Terrible.
