La pizza è molto buona anche se non si è celiaci. Ha una scelta di birre dignitosa. Credo che sia in assoluto il miglior posto in città se si è celiaci. Ha solo un grande difetto è per questo si è giocato 2 stelle, purtroppo i vestiti puzzano di cibo dopo che si è stati li. Questo è l'unico motivo per cui non vado spesso, altrimenti sarebbe un locale da 5 stelle.

Grazie a Giambattista & Co. ho potuto riabbracciare la GIOIA della pizza. E non solo pizza, dato che ci hanno aiutato a gestire le intolleranze al ricevimento del nostro matrimonio, torta compresa!
Nessun confronto a livello locale, ma per la mia esperienza, neanche a livello nazionale.
Sia in via Mameli che in via Baccaredda c'è un piccolo paradiso per gli intolleranti al glutine.
Grazie a Giambattista & Co. ho potuto riabbracciare la GIOIA della pizza. E non solo pizza, dato che ci hanno aiutato a gestire le intolleranze al ricevimento del nostro matrimonio, torta compresa!

Nice surprise! Went there with family and friends, kids included. Got reservation for 8 o'clock and showed up an hour prior. They were ready! Maybe not a big surprise for locals but for foreigners and "continentals" means a lot having kids eating as early as 7! Everything is gluten free (beer and drinks as well) + If you are allergic to anything else they can accommodate and adjust their recepes (another good deal you don't find abroad). Everything is made from scratch and pizza is really good (by the way...I'm italian and I feel entitle to say it was "veramente una buona pizza"). You won't miss the traditional dough, I promise. Lower point, maybe, desserts. I got a Nutella mousse that was more like a traditional cake (more like a semifreddo, iced cake). Overall I'll come back again for sure. On their website they say they are the first 100%Gluten free restaurant in italia... good job guys!! You did great

Serves gluten free, lactose free pizzas and beers. Good place to go if you're with someone who is a bit intolerant to foods
