AVOID AT ALL COST! They will rip you off and they know they can get away with it. Shocking really is an understatement.
Rude and incompetent staff seemed to be determined to find a reason to charge us and found a scratch under the car! She then hit my partner as he wanted to take a picture and called us both the F word. Captured some of it on video. Be careful choosing your rental company, some of them may actually threaten and insult you. Definitely don't chose Viren Group.

A good and reasonable supplier - they allow for debit cards although the fee's seem higher, it is good to have the option if travelling without a credit card.

I had a rented car for 12 days ( Fiat Panda), I booked car with a website. Everythig was okay, I paid extra insurance "Kasko", if you want you can paid everything in cash - big benefit for me. Personal and services was good. I recommend this car rental.

Probably the best car rental experience so far.
Car did what it was supposed to do, staff was very efficient and not pushy.
I would definitely recommend it.
