For a small business, customer service should be a priority. The car was fine; however, there was an off smell that accompanied our trip from day one. We cleaned everything and eventually found the smell to be coming from the carpet. I called the customer care. They kept putting me on hold, didn't have any answers for me. They told me they'd call me back or email me, and never did. I'll never use them again, and would suggest no one else does either. They prey on people who don't have the time or ability to fight them on their claims.

I had a great experience with Cia! We came for a car last minut and they had one left we could rent. The car looked very nice and drove great. The service was amazing. And not to forget the price is very good. The prices are lower then other car rental company's! I recomend everyone to rent a car here and not at an other company!

Very bad experience. Car got a problem very quickly. The company owed me money they never reimbursed. Absolutely NOT recommended.

Unfortunately one of the worst experiences with a car rental I have ever had. I booked a car for my brother’s wedding. The car was not on time and the decoration was not at all upto the mark. I called the customer care and it took over 2 hours to finally get the decoration issue sorted out. No reduction or compensation was forthcoming for the serious inconvenience caused. Disappointed!

Pretty disappointed with the service. This company is rude, unprofessional, and deceiving. The service is good in theory but when I used them it simply didn't make sense for me.
