We have rented a car during for 3 days. Nothing to say regarding the car but the staff was very unpolite and aggressive towards us and other international customer.
I'm really sorry to say that but when I tried to calm down the operator he started insulting me. Never again, please don't go. We've been in several car rentals throughout Europe and US and we have never had such a negative experience.
P.s. For international tourists: not all the Italians are like that please try again :-)

We were ripped off by Firefly, we paid 450€ voor a ten day rent. When we came to pick up the car we had to pay €220 extra for full insurance. We asked whether there would be no problems as reteruning the car about it not being clean enough and the sort. No problem because we were now fully insured they said. On returning the car they charged us €140 extra for cleaning costs! Plus we got yelled and threatened at! All in all a terrible experience! DO NOT RENT AT FIREFLY!!!

Firefly in cagliari is the worst car rental I've ever used. When we would like to Return the car the Station wasn't well described and difficult to find. Also telephone Support was terrible and the Contact Person stoppen the call because he "could not hear me"
When arriving at the Station they told us That we have to wash the car. So we had a stressful extra turn to do at the gas Station to clean the car because it was not possible at the Station although they had Equipment there to clean the car. Without cleaning firefly would not Return the car or deposit us more then 100€ !!! The idiots. Terrible and stressfull end for our Honeymoon in sardegna. I Will Never use this Company again.
I just read the other Reviews and now i Hope that we will not Expect and further trouble with double charging or damages When we are at Home....

Got what we booked. We called the shuttle car, it was there instantly and with the small rental car we left. A small car is definitely all you'll ever need, it works best even on very small and on mud roads. Return was easy and simple, however service always unfriendly. The car was nearly new and worked perfectly, paperworks were fine
