I miei complimenti all'impiegato (un uomo sulla 50ina!) che era al desk il 21 luglio: insulta i clienti stranieri in italiano, credendo di non essere capito.

The experience turned from pleasant and helpful, into a nightmare.
On first inspection the man completed the car check and then on return a different man checked the car and parts of the car the original did not. On the return check he claimed damaged to the car and charge me for damage which did not happened during my time.
Even with the footage of both inspections and how the inspections were conducted differently, a payment was taken.
IF YOU CHOOSE THIS COMPANY CHECK YOUR CAR THOROUGHLY!!! They will blame you for prior damage on the return inspection!!!
