Rubbish customer service.
Waited over one hour to pick up our car in 'slow season'- September.
God only knows what kind of queues ppl wait in during pick season ...
Would not rent with this company any more, do not recommend

ROBBERY !! DO NOT TAKE A CAR FROM THEM !
They are so incompetent, they gave us a car - after 2 days it had a breakdown at the HIGHWAY ! The gas just stopped working for no reason, we called the 24 hour number from them to send us somebody to pick up the car, first I told her like 10 times the name of the highway we are and around which town, she wouldn'tt get it so I sent her in WhatsApp, after 2 hours somebody who doesn't speak a word in English would pick us up and let us randomly out anywhere, we had no idea of nothing. not the name of the dove nor the company that was driving our car away. We had to PAY the taxi to get to the airport fully OURSELVES just so they can tell us they cannot give us another car because they don't know where it is and they were shouting at me that I am still responsible for the car and maybe now its somewhere and they could never find it again. This lady was just funny in my eyes, 0 knowledge of nothing but shouting at costumers and destroying their holiday. After all that we still came there the next day to try to get another car, they wanted us to make a deposit of 800€ WHICH I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOBODY TO DO !! They will randomly take money from your account without a bill and nothing ! after all that we went to Europe car and everything was FINE

If possible avoid. Horribly unorganized and poorly trained staff not equipped to handle multiple bookings.

Briliant choice if you want to spend 1 hour in the queue. I wish we knew. Stay away.

Esperienza non completamente positiva: auto nuova e in discrete condizioni (non pulitissima però, ma per il prezzo ci sta) e personale cortese; la settimana successiva alla riconsegna, però, mi ritrovo un addebito supplementare di 30€ senza chiare giustificazioni: solo telefonando mi è stato spiegato che, a causa della riconsegna dell'auto avvenuta con 20 minuti di ritardo, mi è stata addebitata una giornata supplementare. La cosa ci può stare in sé, ma ci vorrebbe una maggiore chiarezza nelle comunicazioni:
1) quando ho preso l'auto mi è stato detto di riconsegnarla "verso le 19:20", non che più di 5 minuti di ritardo mi sarebbero costati una giornata in più: sapendolo avrei potuto pianificare la giornata diversamente e mettermi al riparo dall'imprevisto che c'è stato
2) nessuno mi ha fatto notare immediatamente le conseguenze di questo ritardo, alla riconsegna dell'auto, di conseguenza ho dovuto "indagare" io sul perché dei 30€ supplementari.
3) a quel punto, sapendo immediatamente di dover pagare una giornata in più, avrei potuto tenere per più tempo l'auto che ormai avevo pagato e mi avrebbe fatto comodo
