If there were, I would rate 0 star!
They accept a booking with our debit card, debit it 2 months prior our arrival and don’t want to give us the car despite the fact we provided all the necessary documents.
We arrived at 11PM and our hotel was 30km from there. The staff was unprofessional and was not helpful at all!!!! Worse car rental ever!!! On the contrary Hertz and Thrifty helped us a lot to find a solution. Go there instead!

Please, please do not use this company, they are professional scammers, they invent dents and scratches and Bill you extortionate amounts of money.
If you have any sense at all , stay well clear. Go for someone more reputable, it may cost a bit more but not as much with Locauto.

Although when eventually served ourselves it was a straightforward process we waited an hour yo be served. I think think this was mainly because customers ahead of us were unhappy with the extra charges car hire firms often make so lots og haggling. Just do your homework about the insurance excess damage waiver begore you book. If you take out your own cover you still need to leave a deposit on a credit card. Car was clean, quite a few dinks, smelled of cigarettes but otherwise in good condition.

We rented a car last week from Locauto even though I read all these negative reviews. I was very anxious but they where really professional, everything went really smooth with a walk-through of the current damages and fast drop off. It is sad that they get so low ratings based on a couple of bad incidents. I would highly recommend them to others visiting Naples area.
