total rip off - delivering a car with gastank 7/8 full, when entering with the same amount => extra filling invoiced. clearly a well-considered way of compensating low rental prices :-(

Could not find where we were to collect our vehicle for hours!! It is not where every other car rental company is based. Could not get the company to answer the phone. Finally got through and had to wait a further 30 minutes for the shuttle to pick up us and still waiting now!! So much hassle, wish I went with somebody else!

Nothing good to say about them.
Rude staff, cannot speak proper English, charge a lot more than it was previously settled. Avoid if you can.
