Hotel Capo la Gala

We attended a wedding at Capo la Gala this October. The views are stunning and the hotel is furnished to a high standard. Probably one of the best places to stay near Vico Equense.

Capo de arrogant. Cold terrible service, the height of unnecessary arrogance, no five stars here. I was there for a few days and wonder why an ocean view gives people at reception the right to feel superior and dispassionate. Customer fatigue is a serious sickness

A pretty disappointing experience. Came here hoping for a really special hotel but left very underwhelmed.
Hot water didn't work on the first day, WiFI barely worked in the room and the customer service is pretty poor. Certainly not a 5 star hotel and definitely not worth the cost.
On the plus side, the view was lovely.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful view with friendly staff. We stayed there for two nights. unfortunately for most of the first day we had no water apparently due to the maintenance work. finally when the water came back for hours we had yellow rusty water coming out of faucets. Very unpleasant experience to have from a 5 start hotel . I would have expected at least an apology from the owner.

Very nice location close to Pompeii and Naples. Small rooms but with great sea view with beautiful sunsets. It would be nice if the swimming pool and spa would be open in the evening. Now they close end of the afternoon. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
