If I could I'd not give any star at all. Their support is a disaster. I was charged with 50eur fee on my credit card 2 months after car rental. Then it took me another 2 months to get any information from their support, which still wasn't sufficient because they said it was administration fee charge for a fine. A fine that we never received or heard of. They didn't bother to inform us about it. I'm supposed to trust that I actually received that fine.

please dont even think this would be a good idea, the most horrendous car hire ever, supplied us with a dangerous car, then 4 months later, someone from the company used our credit card details to hire a car over xmas, dismal and dishonest company, BEWARE.

Sono stati gentilissimi, mi hanno fatto un supersconto non solo per i giorni concordati, ma anche per quelli in più nei quali ho dovuto tenere l'auto a causa di uno sciopero di Alitalia. Il noleggio era coperto da un'assicurazione che mi tutelava da eventuali piccoli danni all'autovettura che a Catania sono da tenere sempre in considerazione. Sulla carta di credito mi hanno "bloccato" 500€ che ho riavuto in 3 giorni lavorativi, secondo le regole della mia banca. L'auto era perfetta. Sicuramente quando tornerò a Catania, andrò da loro.

Just dont do it, they charge your credit card for no reason after you come back home. Then no conntact possible. Many people had the same problems. Save yourself the hussle and avoid !
